Adam P. Bahret is a reliability engineering expert and the founder of Apex Ridge, a reliability engineering consulting firm. He has an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and is a Certified Reliability Engineer and a senior member of ASQ and IEEE. He has spoken for multiple organizations globally. He is the author of two other books: Reliability Culture: How Leaders Build Organizations That Create Reliable Products and Devastate the Competition: How to Take Market Share through Robust Design
Mike Silverman
Throughout his twenty-five-year career, Mike maintained a singular focus on reliability. He was the founder and managing partner of Ops A La Carte, a reliability engineering consultancy that helps customers build end-to-end reliability into their products. Mike also created HALT and HASS Labs, a reliability laboratory based in Northern California. Mike graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BS degree in electrical and computer engineering, A member of ASQ and IEEE, he was a Certified Reliability Engineer who published over a dozen technical papers, as well as being a former President of the Silicon Valley IEEE Reliability Society.
Mike Silverman passed away on September 13th 2014. This edition is part of his legacy, building on a practical approach and philosophy toward reliability which he championed throughout his career.
